Waddell on Stefonwicz: “Maddie made HUGE strides for the Royals this year. She spent so much time in the gym and the weight room in the off-season, and it really paid off for Maddie individually, and for the Royals Volleyball team, overall. She came into this season as a completely different player than she was last year. She was a leader for us both with her skills and her attitude and determination this year. She set some very big goals for herself and the team this year, and she helped us to go above and beyond those goals. She is leaving huge shoes for us to fill for her next season, but I know that she will do great things in whatever path that she chooses for herself.”
